Keep your core strong, push up and out of your shoulders and do small jumps till you find the center balance of your handstand

HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED WITH YOUR FITNESS

It typically takes 21days until something new becomes routine. The weight didn't come over night and it won't go away over night either. Just stick with it.

HOW TO STAY FIT WHILE TRAVELING

Try new work out studios, most studios offer complementary first classes or some sort of discount because they want to gain your business. Step out of your comfort zone and try new things. If you've never tried Pilates maybe thats something you'll wanna look into or just try to find a workout that speaks to you.

HOW TO BECOME MORE FLEXIBLE

I didn't become flexible over night. I worked hard at it and if you want to be flexible too, you'll need to stretch and push yourself everyday! These are a few things I do to help me maintain and push myself.
